Reiki is a holistic, energy-based practice that helps promote balance, vitality and well-being.
In this workshop, we will learn Reiki Level I and other tools to enrich our practice, including:
- Giving a Reiki self-treatment
- Treating another person
- Reiki with animals, plants, seeds, soil and water
- Benefits, principles and attunement - Usui Reiki Level I
- Lessons from Shamanism: deep listening, movement and stillness to connect with nature for support and guidance
- Lessons from Permaculture: people care, creating abundance and flow, cycling energy, replenishing our resources
- Lessons from Nonviolent Communication: connecting with our needs, finding creative ways to meet our needs, noticing our judgements
Registration Options:
$150 for the course
or $200 for the course + 1 private session
