Sepp Holzer is a visionary from Austria who turns desserts into paradise. Sepp has a huge worlwide following, and leads a highly praised and recognized certification program in Agro Ecology. We are the first people in North America to take his certification program. This workshop is the synopsis of our Montana experience with Sepp Holzer.
